Do you do a paper catalogue?
We are frequently changing our stock and prices to ensure, we give you, our customers the best quality and price possible. Because we now have over 10,000 products, we no longer offer a paper catalogue as it would simply cost too much to print, and would quickly become out of date.
Can I come and visit you?
Unfortunately, we operate from a warehouse only, everything is pre-packed on shelves and we do not have the public insurance cover nor do we have the facilities in place to allow members of the public on site and take payments. We do allow customers to collect orders, providing they pay in advance and arrange this with our agreement.
Do you accept cheques/postal orders
Yes, please remember to add shipping and VAT and include your contact details in case we have any problems with your order. You can also, follow through our website until you get to the payment pages and choose the payment by phone option. You will then have a copy of the order and total value to pay by cheque/postal order.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide, we use FedEx Express, Airmail or International Signed, depending on how fast and how big the item is. We stopped using International Surface mail in 2009, due to the service being too unreliable.
How can I open a trade account?
If you are a government institution, education, organisation, or local council, we do not require any application to be completed. All we ask, is you simply fax your order to 441502 725447 including a contact name and number, and your official PURCHASE ORDER number on your official letter headed fax paper. We will then open your account with your first order.
Do you deliver same day?
Regrettably, because we are based on the coast of Suffolk, UK, there are no couriers who will offer a same day service for a reasonable price. We have some customers who arrange their own express same day couriers to collect from us for urgent orders. |
