  NWA 869 Slices (RARE)
These slices of NWA 869 are come from one of the most interesting meteorites found in North West Africa. It was discovered in the year 2000 near Tindouf, in Algeria. It is interesting because institutions around the world have all classified it differently. The latest is that it is a L5 type, although it seems to fit several types.

  ZAG - H3-6 (Large RARE Slices)
This is a wonderful slice of the famous Zag meteorite which fell in Southern Morocco on August 4th or 5th 1998. It is a brecciated H3-6 chondrite. This beautiful meteorite is very rare, and is one of only two meteorites that contain purple Halite crystals. These salt crystals contain water.

  Tektites - In special display box
Tektites are chunks of glassy material found in a number of locations across the globe. Most are blackish in colour and show signs of exposure to intense heat. The exceptions to this are the beautiful (and rare) green Moldavites from Eastern Europe, the yellowish Libyan glassites, and the green-grey Darwinites. We sell two types, Irgizite or Indochinite.

  Campo del Cielo meteorites
Campo del Cielo is a nickel-iron meteorite, classified by the width of its Widmanstatten pattern as a course octahedrite. The original huge mass fell approximately 6000 years ago in Argentina, about 500 miles NNW of Buenos Aries.

Your specimen is stable and treated with light gun oil. It should require minimum maintenance.
